Rudolf Kaiser is the new Vice President, Program Management Automotive Solutions for Bühler Motor

New position for Rudolf Kaiser as part of Bühler Motor Group’s reorganization. The new market organization integrates development, sales, and product responsibility, with the goal to position us closer to the customer and achieve shorter product development cycles.

 

As of July 1, Rudolf Kaiser has taken over responsibility for program management in the Automotive Solutions market segment.

 

In October 2000, Rudolf Kaiser started his career with Bühler Motor as Key Account Manager Automotive. Less than two years later, he was appointed Sales Manager for the Automotive Business throughout Europe. Finally, in 2004, he took over the position of Corporate Director Sales for the entire Automotive business area.

 

Over the last 10 years, Rudolf Kaiser has acquired a wealth of experience in providing support to suppliers and OEM customers in the automobile industry. His particular strength lies in his willingness to immerse himself totally in his customers' systems and requirements. On this basis, he played a crucial role at Bühler Motor in the consistent focussing of the Automotive Business on the development of customer-specific drive solutions.

 

Under his leadership, pioneering strategies were created for pump solutions in the area of Thermo Management and for drive systems for drive trains. Within this focus on the future, innovative solutions for further reducing emissions became increasingly important compared with drives for the classic areas of safety and comfort.

 

The directional changes he has made have played a major part in the successful growth of the Bühler Motor Group. Bühler Motor is now able to look forward to doubling its automotive sales over the next few years with a wide range of new projects.

 

As part of the new organizational structure, Rudolf Kaiser now has taken over the position of Vice President, Program Management Automotive Solutions.

 

Goal of the reorganization is to be even closer to the market and our customers. It integrates development, sales and product responsibility by product segments, and enables Bühler Motor to bring customer-specific solutions to the market faster and in a more flexible and efficient way.

 

An important part of this new structure is the increased personal total accountability of an employee for the entire product life cycle from concept design to the end of production. By placing emphasis on personal responsibility, Bühler expresses its commitment to enhance and maintain long-terms reliable customer relationships.
