Environmental and Climate Pact of Bavaria: Gold status for Bühler Motor

Nuremberg, May 09, 2023 - In a festive atmosphere, Bühler Motor GmbH was presented with the Gold award for its many years of participation in the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact. Matthias Bugla, Vice President Operations, and Bilel Bahloul, Manager Quality Systems and Risk Management, personally accepted the award on behalf of Bühler Motor at Castle Thurn in Heroldsbach on May 04, 2023.

"We are very proud of this award, as it shows that we go well beyond the legal requirements with all our numerous activities in the field of corporate environmental protection," says Mark Furtwängler, Managing Partner.

The measures taken by Bühler Motor within the framework of the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact are, of course, important mosaic stone in all the other activities which the company undertakes in the field of sustainable ESG corporate management (environmental, social, and governance).

Other elements include the proactive use of customer sustainability platforms (e.g., NQC, Ecovadis and CDP) that evaluate the sustainability issues of environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement and challenge us here.

Only all these measures together will lead us step by step to our self-imposed goal of becoming a climate-neutral and sustainable company in 2035.
